Visa

Funds

  • Tuition - Proof of 1 year’s fees (or full fees if <1 year course)
  • Living Expenses: £1,334/month (London) , £1,023/month (outside London) , Max of 9 months required

Financial Rules:

  • Funds held for 28 consecutive days
  • Evidence must be within 31 days before application
  • Acceptable: bank statements, loan letters, sponsor letters
  • Not accepted: affidavits, salary slips, funds from friends

Arrival

Pre-Departure Checklist:

  • Flight tickets, accommodation proof, passport, CAS, visa decision letter, academic certificates, proof of funds, TB test (if applicable), £300–£500 cash, adapters, UK SIM.


At the UK Border:

  • Show visa vignette / eVisa status, CAS letter, offer letter, proof of funds
  • From 15 July 2025, BRPs replaced with digital eVisa (status checked online with share code)
  • Border officials may ask about course, finances, or accommodation
