France Student Visa Process

Step 1: Campus France Registration
- Register on the Campus France portal.
- Upload required documents (passport, CV, SOP, academic records, language test scores, admission letters, etc.).
- Pay the Campus France fee.
- Attend a Campus France interview.
- Receive the Campus France NOC (No Objection Certificate).
Step 2: Prepare Visa Documents
- Visa Application Form & reference number.
- Passport (valid 3+ months beyond course).
- 2 recent photos.
- Acceptance Letter from university.
- Campus France NOC.
- Proof of accommodation.
- Financial proof for duration of stay.
- Travel insurance & tuition fee receipts.
- Visa fee receipt.
Step 3: Book Visa Appointment
- Schedule through VFS Global (apply early, peak intake: June–September).
Step 4: Visa Appointment & Biometrics
- Submit original + photocopies of documents.
- Provide biometrics.
- Interview by the embassy/consulate.
Step 5: Wait for Processing
- Processing time: usually 15–30 working days (may take longer in peak seasons).
Step 6: Collect Passport
- Receive notification via email/SMS.
- Collect in person or by courier.
- If approved, visa allows legal residence for up to 12 months (renewable).
